Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in push-in and pull-out settings. Communicate with classroom teacher to coordinate instructional activities. Develop lesson plans for push-in and pull-out classes. Modify classroom instruction to support the needs of students at varying stages of language development. Observe, track, and evaluate student performance. Prepare required reports on students and activities such as parent-teacher conferences. Manage student behavior and maintain discipline using CHAMPS Behavior Management Program. Regularly participate in grade level, ENL, and school meetings. Foster and maintain effective communication with parents/guardians.
