Responsibilities Develop and implement effective lesson plans tailored to the needs of ESL students.. Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning styles. Utilize learning technology to enhance the educational experience Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Certification in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or equivalent is highly desirable. Experience working with students in diverse educational settings. Strong skills in lesson planning that are tailored for ESL learners. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with adult students.
