Opportunity:
Our client's are seeking a dedicated and dynamic 5th Grade English Language Arts Teacher to join their educational team. This role involves fostering a stimulating learning environment that promotes literacy, critical thinking, and effective communication among students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, possess strong classroom management skills, and demonstrate a commitment to nurturing each child's academic and social development. This position offers an opportunity to impact young learners positively and support their growth through innovative teaching strategies.Client's Summary of Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for English Language Arts, including reading, writing, vocabulary, and comprehension skills. Create engaging classroom activities that promote literacy education and foster a love of learning. Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing preparations. Incorporate learning technology tools to enhance instruction and support diverse learning styles. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum development initiatives and share best practices. Provide individualized tutoring or support for students requiring additional assistance, including those with special education needs or autism. Integrate elements of library services and literacy resources to enrich the educational experience. Engage in ongoing professional development related to early intervention, childhood development, and innovative teaching methodologies such as Montessori or other educational frameworks. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavioral concerns. Support school administration in education administration tasks as needed.Client's Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree- required Teaching Certification
