Job Description

Online ELA Teacher We are seeking highly motivated and experienced ELA (English Language Arts) teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a love for literature, as well as a deep understanding of the English language and the ability to effectively communicate that knowledge to students. Responsibilities：
Teaching Focus:
Educate students aged 5-12 in English Language Arts in a group class setting. Foster a love of reading and writing for students through creative and interactive teaching methods. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their reading comprehension, writing skills, and critical thinking abilities. Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience for students.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field Minimum of two years of ELA teaching experience for primary or middle school students Be familiar with online teaching platforms Require a valid state teaching certification in ELA Familiarity with ELA basic genres and reading strategies Understanding of CCSS or ELA systems preferred
