Qualifications:
Valid State of South Carolina Teaching Certificate South Carolina Endorsement or approval in English as a Second Language Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may final appropriate and acceptable. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis, and research related to English language acquisition.
