Role:
UpReach Learning is hiring a part-time K-12 Interventionist to support English Language Arts (ELA) in public schools for the 2026-2027 school year. You will work directly with students to help close academic gaps, build confidence, and improve academic outcomes while gaining meaningful, hands-on educational experience. Important Assignment Notice (Need-Based Position): This is a school-based, need-dependent assignment role . Placement, schedule, and assignment duration are determined by individual school site needs. Employment is not guaranteed for the full school year or a full semester and may vary based on operational needs. Assignments may end at any time due to changes in staffing needs and requirements, or may continue for part of a semester, a full semester, or the full school year. This position is at-will employment . Nothing in this posting constitutes a guarantee of continued assignment or employment for any specific duration. Eligibility for unemployment benefits, if applicable, is determined by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) in accordance with applicable law and individual circumstances.
What You'll Do:
Lead small-group and one-on-one ELA tutoring Track and report student progress Maintain a positive, structured learning environment Collaborate with teachers and school staff
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required Knowledge of ELA concepts Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for helping students succeed Prior tutoring/teaching experience preferred (not required)
