Adjunct Faculty - Religious Studies, School of Humanities

The Marywood University Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies invites applications for part-time instructors in Religious Studies with the potential of teaching in subsequent semesters. Candidates must be available to teach in person courses at the Marywood campus in Scranton, PA. We encourage candidates who have any of the following areas of expertise or competence to apply: Christian Theology Catholic Social Teaching, Theological Ethics, Religions of the World - Abrahamic, Asian, Indigenous, etc. Interreligious/Interfaith Dialogue Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate core curriculum courses and undergraduate courses in the major.

Required Qualifications:

A Masters (or equivalent) in Religious Studies or Theology.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to teach undergraduate-level courses in Christian theology and world religions.
