Harvard University Position Details Title Postdoctoral Fellow in Land Climate (McColl Lab) School Faculty of Arts and Sciences Department/Area Earth and Planetary Sciences Position Description The Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences at Harvard University invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship focused on land-atmosphere interactions working with Prof. Kaighin McColl. The position will involve using theory, numerical models and observations to understand various aspects of land climate. Basic Qualifications Candidates should have a recent Ph.D. in atmospheric science, climate science or a related discipline. Additional Qualifications Experience with running relevant numerical models (GCMs, mesoscale cloud-permitting or large eddy simulations) is desirable. Special Instructions Interested candidates should submit a cover letter, CV, a brief research proposal, and two to three references' names and contact information. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled. The start time is flexible, but should take place prior to December 1, 2026.
