Classroom and Media Assistant

In this paid role, you will support classroom teachers by managing classroom activities, assisting with media resources, ensuring students have access to engaging learning tools, and capturing fun learning moments with photos and videos to share with our Love and Joy family and community. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your teaching support skills while making a meaningful impact on students' educational experiences. Responsibilities Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and managing daily activities to ensure smooth classroom operations. Support classroom setup and cleanup, including organizing supplies and preparing media resources for lessons. Taking photos/videos of daily learning and fun moments Transfer photos/videos to digital marketing team with description of daily activities Skills Experience working with students of various ages, especially in literacy education and classroom settings. Excellent writing skills for documentation, lesson support materials, and communication with staff and parents. Effective classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and engagement. Outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, students, parents, and marketing team. Well-developed organizational skills for managing multiple tasks such as media filing and lesson preparation. Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom needs while maintaining a professional demeanor.
