Students in this program are rising 8th- rising 12th graders. This program will run from 9:00-3:30, Monday-Friday. The Boston Leadership Institute (BLI) is seeking an experienced, creative, and engaging instructor to teach within our Summer Engineering Programs. As a teacher, you will design and deliver hands-on lessons that introduce students to core engineering principles such as design thinking, problem-solving, mechanics, and prototyping. Teachers will lead classroom instruction, facilitate group builds, and guide students through engineering challenges and design projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about engineering and enjoy working with motivated middle and high school students in an interactive setting. Applicants should have at least an undergraduate degree, preferably a Master's or PhD, as well as teaching experience. We are looking for graduates of top colleges, graduate students at top institutions, teachers at top public or private high schools or colleges, or researchers. One-Week and Three-Week options available. Necessary class materials are provided by BLI and can be ordered for the specific needs of the program.
