As an Educational Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting classroom activities, managing student behavior, and assisting teachers during the EKT Summer Program. This position involves creating a safe and engaging environment where children can learn and grow through various activities.Key Responsibilities:
You will assist in the implementation of daily activities, providing support to students in both classroom and recreational settings. This includes helping to manage student behavior, ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere, and actively participating in program activities. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with teachers, the SUN Site Manager, and other staff members to address student needs and ensure program effectiveness. Your enthusiasm, patience, and ability to connect with children will be crucial to fostering a supportive learning environment.Values:
