Job Title:
Creamery Assistant Hours:
15-20 hours/week Woodlawn Creamery is seeking a Creamery Assistant to start at 15-20 hours per week with an opportunity to grow to 40 hours.
Desired hours:
Monday, 10am
  • 6pm; Tuesday, 8am
  • 12pm; Wednesday, 8am
  • 12pm.
Attention to detail, curiosity, and ability to work on your feet for several hours and lift 40 lbs required.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting the Head Cheesemaker with the cheese make, including hooping, cleanup, turns, and moving cheese into the cave. Cave work, washing and turning the cheese Cleaning About Woodlawn Creamery Run by 7th generation dairy farmer Seth Leach and his wife Kate, Woodlawn Creamery is a true farmstead artisan cheese producer in Vermont's Mettawee Valley.
