Duties & Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Division of Arthroplasty, ensuring alignment with departmental, college and Banner Health priorities. Lead divisional efforts in quality, safety, patient outcomes and clinical standardization, including joint replacement pathways and value-based care initiatives. Partner with departmental and BUMG leadership on ambulatory growth strategies, access, clinic efficiency and care model optimization. Support faculty recruitment, onboarding, mentoring and professional development within the Division. Oversee divisional performance metrics, including volume, quality outcomes, patient experience and financial stewardship. Collaborate with hospital and health system leaders on service line development, technology adoption and program expansion. Participate in departmental and institutional leadership committees as appropriate. Maintain an active adult reconstruction/arthroplasty clinical practice, including primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty. Provide high-quality patient care in ambulatory clinic settings, surgical services and inpatient care at Banner- University Medical Center Phoenix.
