Clinical Coordinator / Instructor Benefits & Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience and credentials Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits Generous PTO and paid holidays Professional development and ongoing training opportunities Welcoming, family-oriented team culture with strong collaboration Clinical Coordinator / Instructor Requirements & Qualifications Associate degree or higher (must match or exceed degree level conferred to graduates) Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a registered sonographer in the professional sonography field Valid, current credentials specific to the sonography concentration(s) being coordinated Documented experience in clinical supervision, instruction, evaluation, student guidance, and educational theories/techniques (through coursework, seminars, or in-service) Ability to travel to clinical sites as needed and work some evening/weekend hours Clinical Coordinator / Instructor Preferred Background & Skills Proficiency with clinical management systems such as Trajecsys and learning management platforms (Moodle/LMS) Superior communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Creative and adaptable teaching methods to reach diverse learners Strong problem-solving skills and independent work ethic Experience managing multiple clinical sites and student schedules Clinical Coordinator / Instructor Day-to-Day Responsibilities Coordinate clinical education with didactic curriculum to ensure effective student learning Evaluate and maintain relationships with clinical sites, including regular site visits and communication Provide clinical instruction and evaluate student progression toward clinical competence Schedule and coordinate student clinical rotations, maintaining accurate documentation of competencies, hours, and evaluations Serve as the primary liaison between the program and clinical site personnel Advise and support students regarding academics, professionalism, and clinical performance Participate in curriculum meetings, accreditation processes, and professional development activities
