The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine is seeking a full-time physician in its Section of Adolescent Medicine to provide inpatient and outpatient clinical care to a diverse adolescent population in a large multidisciplinary health center. Research opportunities available. Candidates will be appointed as a full-time clinical faculty member. This position will involve the implementation and development of an adolescent medicine clinical practice and require participation in the teaching and education of medical residents and students
Desired Qualifications:
MD/DO required BE/BC in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine Experience working in a multidisciplinary setting for treating eating disorders (including obesity care), menstrual disorders, depression and anxiety, substance abuse, risk behaviors, chronic health issues, reproductive health, HIV prevention and/or treatment, sports medicine and/or transitional health care issues preferred Bilingual Spanish/English or Creole/English helpful Teaching experience expected #DOX-2 #LI-MV1
