Job Description

McLaren Health Care is seeking experienced Family Medicine physicians who want to train the next generation of providers. Join well-established residency programs in Lansing or Bay City or be part of a new program in Mt Pleasant starting in 2027 Clinic plus administrative time (didactics, resident selection process, quality improvement, professional development support) Willingness to teach procedures Supportive GME leaders and staff across the health system Ideal start date would be July 2026
