Position Summary The Department of Ophthalmology at UNC-Chapel Hill is seeking a full-time open rank oculoplastic/orbital surgeon. Appointment is fixed-term. Academic rank and salary are negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements MD or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience Excellent clinical & surgical skills, ophthalmic ultrasound experience, strong commitment to teaching, and demonstrated ongoing interest in clinical and/or basic science research. Special Physical/Mental Requirements On-call occasionally; Involves patient care. Campus Security Authority Responsibilities Not Applicable.
