Reimagine Aging Care. Lead with Purpose. Geriatric Medicine Physician Faculty Scranton, PA | The Wright Center for Community Health & Graduate Medical Education At The Wright Center, we believe health care is a human right
- and how we care for older adults defines the strength of our communities. We're seeking a board-certified Geriatrician to step into a high-impact faculty and leadership role, advancing population health, age-friendly care, and whole-person health services for older adults
- especially those living with dementia, complex conditions, and social vulnerability.
- Care guided by patient goals and values Medication

- Proactive dementia, delirium, and depression care Mobility
- Preserving independence and function You'll also help design longitudinal, whole-person care models that support not just patients
- but the caregivers and families who care for them.
