TBD Gurnick Academy is a leading Bay Area private healthcare college offering an extensive variety of nursing, allied healthcare, and imaging programs. We are currently seeking a Nuclear Medicine Online Instructor within Gurnick Academy's Associate of Science in Nuclear Medicine Technology program.

Hourly Pay Range:
$55.00 - $65.00 per hour Core Responsibilities The primary function of the Nuclear Medicine Online Instructor includes three areas: class preparation, classroom management, and educational administrative tasks. The instructor is responsible for ensuring students are adequately prepared for examinations, developing daily instructional plans, and preparing all necessary supporting materials. Course delivery occurs in distance education formats; therefore, the instructor must be proficient in engaging students in an online learning environment. Student management includes ensuring satisfactory academic progress, assigning appropriate tutoring support, and maintaining accurate records of attendance, remediation documentation, and disciplinary actions. Responsibilities also include keeping instructor evaluations, educational in-service planning, student and managerial evaluations, and goal setting up to date. A Nuclear Medicine Online Instructor should foster student motivation while upholding professional standards through appropriate counseling. Requirements Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree Current Nuclear Medicine Technology credential (NMTCB or ARRT) Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in a hospital, imaging center, or clinic. Minimum of fifteen (15) semester credit hours (or equivalent) teaching nuclear medicine content. One (1) to three (3) years of experience as a Clinical Instructor or Affiliate Education Supervisor in a Nuclear Medicine Technology program preferred. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms) and learning management systems. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
