Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Adjunct Clinical Instructor for CNA training to join our dynamic educational team. Instructor must be available Mondays from 8:00a-1:00pm. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals by providing hands-on clinical instruction at a local rehabilitation facility. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to higher education in a clinical setting, fostering student growth through active teaching, supervision, and real-world experience. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of clinical expertise, teaching experience, and a commitment to excellence in education. Duties Supervise and mentor students during clinical rotations across various healthcare disciplines, including dentistry, veterinary medicine, nursing, or allied health fields. Monitor student performance during patient care activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Collaborate with faculty members on curriculum development initiatives and contribute to continuous program improvement efforts. Skills Proven supervising experience in clinical or educational settings with a focus on adult education. Experience working with students in classroom or clinical settings within higher education institutions.
