The incoming physician will be a residency faculty member with a reimagined schedule to optimize work-life balance and educational impact.

Innovative Schedule Structure:

Primary Schedule Option:

1-week inpatient /1 week off/2 weeks outpatient

Inpatient Week:

12-hour shifts

Outpatient Weeks:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Integrated time for academic responsibilities during outpatient hours No admissions after 5:00 PM (except during call shifts)

Career Transition:

Open to mentoring providers making a career switch with IP or OP focus within the last decade

Procedural Flexibility:

Open to candidates with or without procedural interests
