- Join a team of 10 Core Faculty Physicians
- 20-30% Direct Patient Care, 60-70% Teaching/Supervision, 10% Admin time
- Teaching/Supervising Residents - clinic and hospital setting, occasional ER
- Deliveries during the day can be handled by L&D covering physician - don't have to rush to/from clinic
