Qualifications Proven experience in higher education teaching or adult education with a strong background in classroom management and lesson planning. Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), especially Blackboard or similar platforms, for course delivery and content management. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and integrating learning technology into teaching practices. Excellent research skills to stay informed about advancements in educational methodologies and subject matter expertise. Strong communication skills for working effectively with students, mentoring, and providing academic advising. Experience working within university environments or similar academic institutions is highly desirable.
