The Department of Pediatrics, Division of Adolescent Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) and Children's Wisconsin seeks a visionary, innovative, and scholarly leader to serve Chief of the Division of Pediatric Adolescent Medicine . This position is located in Milwaukee, WI at the Children's Wisconsin hospital campus. We are comprised of nationally and internationally renowned, dedicated group of faculty and staff with a strong commitment to clinical care. The ideal candidate Will define the vision and strategy to drive programmatic excellence, aligning with the clinical, research, education, and community engagement missions of Children's Wisconsin Hospital, Children's Specialty Group, and the Medical College of Wisconsin. As a key member of the Department of Pediatrics' senior leadership team, the Division Chief will be instrumental in expanding the division and cultivating new clinical and research collaborations across departments and institutions. Our team excels in providing specialized care for individuals with eating disorders, hormonal regulation, reproductive health, and the unique needs of incarcerated adolescents and young adults. Moving forward, we are focused on expanding our outreach into the community and enhancing our practice to include substance abuse counseling and treatment. We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of adolescents by providing high-quality outpatient care across multiple clinical sites in Milwaukee. Key strengths of our adolescent medicine team include expertise in managing eating disorders, hormonal regulation, reproductive care, and supporting incarcerated adolescents and young adults. Qualifications Medical degree (MD, DO, or equivalent) from an accredited institution. Fellowship trained and Board certification in Adolescent Medicine. State medical licensure, or eligibility to obtain license, in the state of Wisconsin. Rank will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful finalist. Why MCW?
