Job Description

The Campus Worship, Student, & Outreach Coordinator is a shepherd who is as passionate about discipleship as they are about musical excellence. Throughout the week they will work with the Campus Pastor to strategize how best to lead their campus in a culture of worship, as well as creating opportunities for both students and adults to take their next steps in their faith at the Campus level. They will work closely with ACF's Worship Director & Student Ministry Staff to grow ACF culture, vision, systems, and processes
  • creating a culture a unity and ministry dependability across multiple ACF locations. Personal Qualifications

  • A vision forward, creative self-motivated leader with a strong work ethic commitment to excellence
  • Leadership skills (including the ability to recruit and develop) is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with other staff and serve team members.
  • Working knowledge of project management and church planning tools, such as:
Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, Planning Center Online, WhatsApp, MxU Teams, etc)
  • Comfortable in demanding, fast paced, high production value environments.
  • Team player, "can do" attitude, quick to "own mistakes," and willing to make last minute adjustments and build systems that allow for flexibility.
  • High degree of judgment and discretion as a representative of ACF Church.
  • Adhere to the ACF Staff Core Values. Primary Responsibilities (Worship Coordinator | Approx. 24 Hours/Week)
  • Responsible for owning and providing senior leadership to Worship Arts ministry & experiences at ACF NE.
  • Balancing technical side of WSHP Arts with pastoral leadership.
  • Lead worship services weekly. Including, but not limited to: leading rehearsals and service run-throughs, debriefing weekends, and providing/receiving feedback.
  • Supervise Campus Production Coordinator to ensure the preparation and execution of weekend services, special events, and COVER leadership at campus.
  • Work Closely with Campus Pastor and Worship Director in assisting with the planning, maintaining, and creation of campus Worship and Production operating budgets.
  • Work closely with Experience Director, Worship Director, and Production Director
  • in the planning, creating, and maintaining of ACF Worship Arts global constants
  • systems, processes, and standards of excellence.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining the excellence and culture of the campus environment
  • Proactively communicate, support and fulfill the mission, vision, core values and goals of ACF Church.
  • Regular COVER, development, and scheduling of worship serve team members.
  • Develop, build, and guard worship culture at the campus.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining the excellence and culture of the campus environment.
  • Spot, recruit, onboard, and develop worship serve team members, staff, and contractors.
  • Be available for leading, planning, and participating in special events at ACF NE.
  • Attend All-Staff campus meetings and functions, Worship Arts department meetings, and regular one-on-ones with supervisor and Worship Director.
  • Maintain Campus Planning Center, update charts, MP3's, lyrics, recordings, tracks rigs, backline equipment, scheduling of musicians, weekly communication, etc.
  • Be an active participant in strategic planning associated with ministry growth and expansion projects as it pertains to the ACF Worship Arts ministries. Other worship duties as assigned by Campus Pastor.? Primary Responsibilities (Outreach & Connections Coordinator | Approx. 16 Hours/Week)
  • Creating a wide "front door" at ACF NE, ensuring that if ACF NE was to disappear overnight, the community would miss us.
  • Responsible for owning Outreach operations at the campus level.
  • Assessing annual rhythms of ministry in NE Anchorage and creating systems & opportunities to mobilize people towards serving ACF Church and the local community.
  • Coordinate 6 outreach events each year at the NE Campus. To include "big rock" events such as Trunk or Treat, Impact Alaska, and other outreach events as determined by the Campus Pastor.
  • Receive vision & expectations from the Campus Pastor regarding ACF outreach & ministry projects. Coordinate projects relating to Campus Operations.
  • Recruit and oversee outreach serve team members to expand impact of outreach operations.
  • Support community partnerships & create local community engagement.
  • Ensuring that we close the "back door" by creating opportunities for someone to connect and grow in the life of what God is doing at ACF Church.
  • Responsible for owning the Guest Connections pipeline at ACF NE.
  • Provide support to the Campus Pastor and Campus Staffing team in leadership development.
  • Work alongside department leaders at the campus level on the guest follow up experience.

  • Support onboarding processes for new serve team members across ACF NE.
  • Assist in creating a healthy team culture & tools for staff & serve team coaches to utilize in their discipleship processes.
  • Available for campus pastoral ministry and other ministry opportunities as needed. Other outreach / connections duties as assigned by Campus Pastor. Time Commitment
  • Position status: Full Time (exempt)
  • 40 hours per week

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday
