The Education Outreach Coordinator develops, manages, and implements quality educational programs for students, families, and adult audiences.Additional Department Summary:
Assists in developing and deliveringK-12 STEM
programs focused on transportation and related fields. Coordinating hands-on activities, curriculum development, and community engagement. Assists with program logistics, grant support, and outreach communications to enhance the impact and visibility of the Alabama Transportation Institute's (ATI) educational initiatives.Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of educational work experience; OR Master's degree and some educational work experience.Skills and Knowledge:
Strong organizational and communication skills. Demonstrated passion for STEM education.Preferred Qualifications:
Master's (or equivalent) in an education-related discipline. Seven (7) years of experience in K-12 education, outreach, or youth program coordination.Background Investigation Statement:
