Summary:

Each residency program will have an administrative program manager of a professional stature in accordance to the Accreditation Council on Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements. This position is a liaison and representative of the residency program both internally at Baptist Health and externally including all rotation sites, the ACGME, certifying boards, applicants, and match/selection organizations. The position is a constant influencing presence; is involved in all aspects of the program while working closely with resident, program leadership for strategic planning, managing program administrative workflow, and effectively utilizing resources. Manages extensive recruiting process which involves faculty/residents/interviewees, collaborates with Program Director in determining validity of individual's data for interviews, conducts follow-up evaluation and analyzes data, participates with faculty in ranking applicants.

Baccalaureate Degree in Business, Education, or related field or commensurate work experience Preferred 3+ years working in GME National Board for Certification of Training Administrators in Graduate Medical Education (TAGME) certification preferred This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
