human.resources@newberry.edu The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the college-affiliated Bed and Breakfast while supporting overall college-wide events including supervising student internships from our new Hospitality Management program. This position salary ranges from $48,000 - $50, 000 yearly along with family tuition remission and option to lodge in the
B&B. JOB FUNCTIONS
Key Responsibilities Operations Management:
Direct daily B&B operations, including guest services, staff supervision, facility maintenance, and financial reporting.
Student Mentorship:
Provide academic advising and oversee student internships or work-study placements at the B&B. Support Events sponsored by the College. Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Campus Events and Advancement Operations.
EDUCATIONAL OR OTHER HIRING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE
POSITION Qualifications Education:
A bachelor's degree.
Skills:
Strong communication, organizational leadership, and a student-centered approach to education.
