Job Summary The Grant Coordinator will assist with the coordination of the program, including developing and disseminating recruitment materials, maintaining student files including mentoring documents, students eligibility semestrial check, candidates applications and maintain semestrial data for NSF report, research studies and annual goals check-up. Essential Functions 20%•
Grant Marketing:
Assisting with grant website, marketing documents, advertising documents and online. 30%•
Application Process:
Helping with the application form and the review process. Main point of contact for the applicants and recipients. Answer questions from students who want to apply, help them with their application, and make sure their application is complete. 30%
Data Analysis and Dissemination:
Data Recording, Students' Progress Tracking, Statistics Analysis. Setting Google folders and documents for each student. Helping with reports, presentation, and publication. 10%•
Academic Mentor:
Help with coordination Academic Mentor•Mentee meetings and support documents as IDP dashboards. 5%•
Trainings and Certification:
Complete all pertinent trainings as
IRB, CGCC
employees trainings, etc., and attain certifications as needed in order to fulfill duties and provide leadership experiences for staff and students. 5%•
Others:
Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Proficient in
Microsoft Office:
