Micro School Manager (Therapy-Integrated Program) Making Milestones Development Center - Chandler, AZ Making Milestones Development Center is a collaborative, therapy-integrated Montessori-style micro school that supports the whole child. Our program combines education with therapeutic services—including speech, occupational, physical, and developmental support—to help each child reach their full potential. We are seeking a Micro School Manager who is passionate about interdisciplinary collaboration, inclusive education, and supporting children with diverse developmental needs. Why Join Us? This role works closely with therapists, educators, and families to ensure each child receives individualized, high-quality support. Key Responsibilities Program & Team Leadership Support a collaborative model between educators and therapy providers Guide staff in implementing strategies that support developmental goals Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for children of all abilities Staff Development Train and support staff in implementing therapeutic strategies within the classroom Promote understanding of diverse learning styles and developmental needs Assist with staff evaluations and professional growth plans Child & Classroom Support Ensure individualized support strategies are consistently implemented Assist in classrooms to model techniques and support student success Monitor progress and communicate with team members as needed Operations Maintain staffing ratios and ensure regulatory compliance Coordinate schedules with therapy services when applicable Support daily program flow and classroom needs Family Communication Build strong partnerships with families Communicate updates, progress, and support strategies clearly and compassionately Encourage family involvement in each child's development Community & Growth Assist with marketing, outreach, and program awareness Support growth of therapy-integrated programming Core Competencies Strong collaboration and communication skills Understanding of child development and special needs Ability to implement and support therapeutic strategies Compassionate, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset Qualifications Minimum age of 21 High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in child development, Education, Therapy-related field, or similar preferred Experience working with children with special needs or in a therapy setting Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card Willingness to complete required training Physical Requirements Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day Respond quickly to children's needs and ensure safety Participating in classroom and therapy-related activities This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about supporting children through both education and therapeutic care.

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
