Job DescriptionUnder the general direction of the Director of Financial Aid (if applicable), is responsible for supervising programs in the Financial Aid Department and assists the Director of Financial Aid in developing, planning and administering the overall financial aid operations.

Assist in overseeing the awarding of state and federal aid to eligible students according to regulations and policyExcellent customer service and organizational skillsAttention to detail with the capability to multi-taskComputer knowledge is requested, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and OutlookEnforce department policies, procedures, goals and objectivesAssumes departmental responsibility in absence of the DirectorAssist with file reviewHelp manage campus-based funding including Federal Work Study and FSEOGAssists with training and development of the teamAssists with staff selection and evaluationCounsels students and parents as neededPerforms special assignments as neededPerforms related duties as requiredRun reports to ensure department integrityInteract with other departments to assist studentsAssist with private loans and institutional payment planManage Financial Aid team to department metricsRegular, in-person attendance up to 5 days per week on campus/on site is an essential function of this positionThis role requires on-site collaboration with students, faculty, and staff.

Other duties as assigned• Please note this position is Full Time at our Phoenix Brookline CampusQualificationsBachelor's Degree preferred.4+ years of Financial Aid experience.

CampusVue® experience preferred.

Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Attention to detail with the capability to multi-task.
