QUALIFICATIONS
Valid Teaching Certificate Masters Degree and Principal Certificate preferred Three years successful teaching experience Documented evidence of successful leadership experience Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and to bend and lift 25lbs Must pass a background clearance Must obtain an Arizona IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT
218 days; 11 months
COMPENSATION
Per QCUSD salary schedule for applicable position

REPORTS TO
Principal
EVALUATION
Initial evaluation to be completed no later than ninety (90) days after first day of work; thereafter, annually by supervisor.
HOURS:
40 hours per week, and may require longer hours - Monday-Friday
CLASSIFICATION
Exempt
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities shall include, but not to be limited to, the following: Manage the disciplinary program for all students Assist in the development of curriculum and special projects Monitor, supervise, and direct extracurricular activities Assist the principal with facilities maintenance Assist in managing Special Education Programs Assist and supervise standardized testing Support the principal in leading the implementation of the school improvement goals Monitor and implement campus safety policies and procedures Develop and foster community connections that will enhance the educational experience of all students Implement all School Board Policies and Procedures Perform other job-related duties as assigned to advance district priorities.
