Alamo St. San Antonio, Texas, 78215 United States Outside working hours if other than M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Job Summary and Description The Enrollment Management Strategist develops and implements strategies to advance districtwide efforts to attract, enroll, and retain students across all five Alamo Colleges, Continuing Education, Dual Credit, and AlamoONLINE programs. This role is key in leveraging data-driven insights, predictive analytics, and student-centered approaches to enhance the overall enrollment ecosystem and support institutional goals. Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Higher Education Administration, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree. Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in enrollment management, institutional research, or strategic planning. Demonstrated experience using predictive analytics or data modeling to inform decision-making.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree. Experience in a multi-college district or large higher education system. Familiarity with student information systems (e.g., Banner, Workday Student, PeopleSoft). Experience supporting online, dual credit, and continuing education programs. Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills. EEO Statement
