Friday through Monday (Full-Time)
Pay Rate:
$20.00 per hour Oak River Rehab, a trusted and compassionate skilled nursing facility in Anderson, CA, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admissions Assistant to join our team. If you're passionate about helping others and enjoy a dynamic, team-based environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Position Summary:
As an Admissions Assistant, you will play a vital role in welcoming new residents and supporting the admissions process from start to finish. You'll work closely with our nursing, administrative, and social services teams to ensure a smooth transition for residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and process new resident admissions Communicate with hospitals, families, and referral sources Maintain accurate and up-to-date records Provide support and information to residents and families during the intake process Assist with tours and general inquiries Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support residents' needs
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous admissions, administrative, or healthcare experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Compassionate and professional demeanor Proficient in basic computer use and documentation
