2026 Admissions Supervisors Wild Water Adventure Park - 3.5 Clovis, CA Job Details $16.90 - $18.00 an hour 5 days ago Qualifications Guest relations Basic math Supervising experience Math Team management Full Job Description Admissions Supervisor, Level 1: Must have at least one year of admissions experience prior to applying for this position. Must be 18 years of age or older. Main role is to oversee the admissions team and resolve guest issues and concerns. These team members provide exceptional service for a great first impression. Responsible for assisting admissions in processing season passes, scanning tickets, bag check, taking guest concerns, and ensuring the front gate runs smoothly from line control, ticket scanning, and glass check. Ability to work some nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet park needs. Must be friendly and outgoing, with the ability to interact with guests in a courteous and pleasant manner while being quick and efficient. Math skills and attention to detail required. Admissions Supervisor, Level 2: Must have at least two years of being a guest service supervisor. Must be 18 years of age or older. Main role is to oversee the admissions team and resolve guest issues and concerns. These team members provide exceptional service for a great first impression. Responsible for assisting admissions in processing season passes, scanning tickets, bag check, taking guest concerns, and ensuring the front gate runs smoothly from line control, and glass check. Ability to work some nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet park needs. Must be friendly and outgoing, with the ability to interact with guests in a courteous and pleasant manner while being quick and efficient. Math skills and attention to detail required. Admissions Supervisor, Level 3: Must have at least three years of being a guest service supervisor. Must be 18 years of age or older. Main role is to oversee the admissions team and resolve guest issues and concerns. They will also oversee the schedule and other administrative task work if necessary. These team members provide exceptional service for a great first impression. Responsible for assisting admissions in processing season passes, scanning tickets, bag check, ensuring team member breaks, taking guest concerns, and ensuring the front gate runs smoothly from line control, and glass check. They must know when to call a manager when necessary. Ability to work some nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet park needs. Must be friendly and outgoing, with the ability to interact with guests in a courteous and pleasant manner while being quick and efficient. Math skills and attention to detail as well as the ability to problem solve are required.
