Orchestrate the full lifecycle of faculty development, from strategic recruitment to pedagogical mentorship, fostering a culture of

Curriculum & Rigor:
Direct the CTE dual credit pipeline, ensuring that high school partnerships

Student Success & Advocacy:
Serve as the

Agile Scheduling:

Economic Development and Donor Relations Fiscal Stewardship & Grant Management Perkins V Leadership:
Serve as the lead administrator for the Perkins V Grant, leveraging federal resources to modernize instructional
technology and drive departmental growth.
Budgetary Strategy:
Direct the Academic Services annual budget with a focus on ROI,
ensuring resources are strategically aligned with the college's long-term vision.
Institutional Planning:
Facilitate
collaborative goal-setting with faculty leaders to ensure departmental operations move in lockstep with the College Strategic Plan. Institutional Governance Policy Leadership:
Represent the BCTE division on the Leadership Council,
contributing your voice to college-wide policy-making and strategic initiatives.
Operational Integrity:
Participate in the Night
Administrator rotation, ensuring administrative responsiveness and campus safety during evening hours. What You Bring The Mission:

Fiscal
Acumen:
