OverviewOur client is a Silicon Valley-based, early-stage venture capital firm investing in transformative founders and emerging businesses. The firm is experiencing a period of accelerated growth, expanding its internal infrastructure to support future fundraising and long-term scale.

They are seeking an Investor Relations & Fundraising Associate to play a critical role in capital raising efforts and Limited Partner engagement. This position is well-suited for a commercially minded, relationship-driven professional who thrives in outbound outreach, long-cycle relationship management, and close partnership with senior leadership. The role offers direct exposure to firm leadership and sophisticated institutional investors. Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and support fundraising campaigns, including investor outreach, meeting coordination, and follow-up communicationsSource, cultivate, and manage a pipeline of prospective LPs, including institutions, corporates, and family officesDrive structured outbound efforts and maintain consistent engagement across investor relationshipsCreate and tailor fundraising materials, pitch decks, and investor correspondenceAssist with LP communications, including quarterly reporting, ad hoc data requests, capital calls, and distributionsMaintain CRM systems and monitor fundraising metrics and performance indicatorsSupport planning and execution of Annual Meetings and investor eventsDevelop a deep understanding of the firm's investment strategy and articulate it clearly to external stakeholders
