Our Mission:
Olive Crest is dedicated to Preventing child abuse, to Treating and Educating at-risk children and to, "Preserving the family...One Life at a Time." We currently have the following position open working out of our Perris office: MUST currently possess an active STRTP administrator certificate . Olive Crest offers a great opportunity to use your God-given talents to influence the teenage boys who experienced, or are at high risk for sexual exploitation, substance abuse and mental health challenges. We will offer on-the-job and on-going training and development, opportunities for growth and promotion. Our STRTP clients have successfully transitioned into lower levels of care due to the care and support of our direct care staff. FT/40 hrs. The Program Director will oversee overall operation of the Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP). This includes but is not limited to overseeing the hiring and training of the House Supervisors and on-call staff, preparing and implementing the program budgets, interfacing with state licensing and county placement agencies. Qualified candidates must possess a relevant master's degree, have an MFT, MSW or LPCC and be license eligible, and at least three years of administrative or supervisory experience overseeing social work or direct care staff in a licensed facility serving children's capacity of six or more. This position is salaried starting at $90,000
