Vineyard Care Center and Cornerstone Care Center are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Admissions Director to join our team. The Admissions Director plays a key role in achieving and maintaining census goals through effective sales, marketing, and relationship-building efforts.

Full Time position. The Admissions Director will fill role at Vineyard Care Center in Reedley, CA or Cornerstone Care Center in Sanger, CA. Applicants should be able to reliably commute to either city. Experience in SNF or healthcare admissions is preferred, but not required. Position Summary The Admissions Director is responsible for generating and managing qualified leads, cultivating referral sources, and guiding prospective residents and their families through the admissions process. This individual will serve as a knowledgeable and compassionate ambassador for our communities, promoting our programs and services while ensuring a seamless move-in experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Achieve budgeted census goals through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Follow up on referral leads and inquiries to increase qualified tours and admissions. Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community partners. Manage, track, and qualify all incoming leads. Conduct community tours for prospective residents and their families. Present and communicate the benefits, programs, and care services offered by the centers. Convert tours and inquiries into successful admissions and move-ins. Coordinate and facilitate the move-in process in compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Complete all admission and move-in documentation accurately and efficiently. Ensure all required paperwork is distributed to the appropriate departments at least 24 hours prior to a resident's move-in date. Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and effective communication when interacting with residents, families, referral sources, and staff. Qualifications Previous experience in admissions, sales, marketing, healthcare, senior living, or a related field preferred. Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records. Knowledge of long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare admissions processes is preferred. Proficient with computer systems, CRM databases, and Microsoft Office applications. Why Join Us? $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
