This will be accomplished through maintenance of the central calendar system, production of agendas, minutes and related documentation for campus meetings, and the processing of new hires and terminations. The incumbent will provide daily support to the Campus Director, including scheduling, handling campus orders, managing facility needs and responding to phone calls and inquiries. The position requires a high level of discretion in handling onboarding and other confidential information.
