09/30/2026 The Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) Manager provides overall leadership, administration, and oversight of the school's Expanded Learning Opportunities Program. The ELOP Manager is responsible for designing and maintaining a high-quality, compliant, financially sustainable expanded learning program that supports student learning, engagement, and well-being. The ELOP Manager oversees all aspects of program operations, including program design and implementation, staffing, supervision, budgeting, enrollment, billing, compliance, family engagement, staff development, and continuous improvement. The ELOP Manager works closely with the School Director and other ELOP Managers and other school leaders to ensure the program operates in alignment with organizational priorities, grant requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and all applicable laws and regulations. Qualifications Required:
  • Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience managing youth programs, expanded learning programs, educational programs, or related services.
  • Experience managing budgets and grant-funded programs.
  • Experience supervising multiple staff members.
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree strongly from an accredited college or university.
  • Five or more years of program leadership experience.
  • Experience in a K-12 educational setting.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
