Job Description

The incumbent serves as the Principal Technical Manager and Department Head for the Technology, Innovation, and Engineering (TIE) Department, ensuring the Center's core technical functions - engineering, technology modernization, and rapid prototyping - operate as a coordinated and integrated system.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
(TQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications: TQ1: Leadership and management experience of large organizations, including: providing technical vision and strategic focus, workforce development, mentoring/coaching technical experts in engineering, modernization, or prototyping domains; and a thorough understanding of budgeting and execution of financial operations within Working Capital Fund (WCF) system. TQ2: Skilled and knowledgeable in enterprise architecture, systems engineering, technology modernization, and rapid prototyping methodologies. Knowledgeable in fostering, guiding, and directing research, development, and fielding of naval technologies and systems. GS-PROF AND
