Youth Soccer Camp Site Director - La Jolla (Allen Field) | San Diego Wave Camps San Diego Wave Camps is hiring a Site Director for our La Jolla camp (July 27-31, 2026), and additional weeks . This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for candidates looking to grow experience in sports management, youth development, or program leadership . You will oversee all aspects of camp operations, lead a team of coaches, and ensure a professional, safe, and engaging environment for campers. This role offers valuable experience for those pursuing careers in education, athletics, or leadership development .

Responsibilities:

Supervise, support, and evaluate a team of soccer coaches and camp staff Manage daily logistics including check-in/check-out, scheduling, and transitions Communicate professionally with parents, guardians, and staff Uphold and represent the Wave Camps FC brand with professionalism and integrity

What We Are Looking For From You:

Background in soccer coaching or playing (high school level or higher preferred) Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities High energy, professionalism, and accountability Passion for youth development through sports

Commitment:

6-week summer commitment: June 22 - July 31, 2026 Must pass a comprehensive background screening Ability to travel to camp locations with reliable transportation Comfortable driving a rented camp van if needed

Compensation:

$1,400 - $1,600 per week, based on experience
