This role provides administrative support to the Admissions team and helps create a positive experience for prospective and incoming students. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-service focused and comfortable in a fast-paced and fun educational environment. Core Responsibilities Admissions Support
  • Support admissions communications, including phone calls, voicemails, email inquiries and applicant follow-up
  • Assist with scheduling appointments for Admissions Representatives
  • Process applications and update applicant records within the CRM
  • Support lead distribution, applicant tracking and admissions reporting
  • Enter and maintain notes, records and communications within institutional systems Student Records & Enrollment Support
  • Collect and organize admissions documentation
  • Upload records into CRM and student information systems
  • Review applicant files for completeness and follow up on missing items
  • Assist with preparing student records for registration and enrollment
  • Help maintain organized and accurate student files Events & Campus Support
  • Assist with admissions events, campus tours, information sessions, orientations, open houses and graduation-related activities
  • Help prepare event materials and support event logistics
  • Provide professional and welcoming support to prospective students, visitors and campus guests How This Role Works
  • Reports to the Director of Admissions
  • Works closely with Financial Aid, Registrar, Student Services and Academics
  • Combines admissions support, student record administration and event support Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of administrative, customer service, admissions or higher education experience
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets and web-based systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through on deadlines Tools & Systems HubSpot (or similar CRM), Populi (SIS), Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email platforms and document management systems. Compensation & Work Structure
  • Full-time onsite position
