Full-time; Non-ExemptDEFINITIONSThe Admissions Assistant at Linfield Christian School supports the admissions process byproviding administrative, relational, and organizational support to prospective families whilehelping communicate and uphold the schools mission, values, and Christ-centered culture.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Understand and inform potential students and their families about Linfield Christian Schools mission, vision, core agreements, programs (from grades TK-12), admissions requirements, and the admissions process. Provide excellent customer service at the Administrative Office by supporting the front desk reception position. Effectively utilize the Enrollment Management/CRM tool for internal and customer communications. Possesses an understanding of responsibly implementing AI and digital tools to support productivity, innovation, and excellence in daily responsibilities.
LEAD NURTURING
Regularly follow up with inquiries, prospects, and applicants throughout the entire process, turning conversations into next steps in the admissions process. Lead campus tours for prospective students and families. Coordinate student visits and participate in all admissions events.
ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Work with families to complete the admissions checklist in a timely manner. Schedule and proctor entrance assessments for domestic applicants. Coordinate with campuses to schedule interviews. Knowledge of immunization requirements and cumulative records preferred.
AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
Assists the Student Ambassador Program in collaboration with the Director of Admissions and Director of Student Activities. Maintain inventory of admission materials and items. Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE PREFERRED
Strong PC skills: Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google. Understanding of various software applications and digital tools such as CRM platforms (Finaliste, Blackbaud, or FACTS preferred) and Adobe Suite. Preferred knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, Javascript, Liquid, and backend web applications.

EDUCATION
High School diploma or GED Bachelors Degree preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING
CONDITIONSThe usual and customary methods of performing the jobs functions require the following physicaldemands: some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; and significant fine finger dexterity.

Generally the job requires 75% sitting, 15% walking, and 10% standing. This job is performed ina generally clean and healthy environment.
