$23.25 - $27.50 per hour. The salary of the finalist(s) selected
for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and

Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the successful delivery of foundational, team-taught courses. This individual ensures smooth
coordination among faculty, supports instructional technology, and maintains high standards of course organization and
communication. Essential Job Functions Coordinate all Year 1 team-taught courses, ensuring alignment of
content, assessments, and learning outcomes.
Schedule and facilitate regular faculty meetings to promote collaboration and
consistency.
Build and maintain course sites on Canvas, including uploading materials, managing modules, and ensuring
accessibility.
Assist faculty with ExamSoft setup, question formatting, and exam deployment.
Serve as a liaison between
faculty, administration, and support staff.
Track and communicate important course deadlines and deliverables.
Provide
logistical support for in-class and online activities.
Monitor student feedback and collaborate with faculty to implement
improvements.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong organizational and communication
skills
Background in education, instructional design, or academic administration
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a
dynamic environment

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of
experience in a professional office, academic, administrative, or educational support environment
Preferred
Qualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree in education, business administration, instructional technology, or a related
field
Experience coordinating projects, schedules, meetings, or academic/course operations
Experience working with learning
management systems (such as Canvas) and/or testing platforms (such as ExamSoft)
