Founder/Owner About Life Prep Christian Academy Life Prep Christian Academy is a Christ-centered homeschool hybrid program dedicated to preparing students for life — spiritually, academically, and personally. Our mission is to partner with parents to raise confident, faith-filled leaders who walk in truth, purpose, and integrity. We are a growing organization with multiple campuses across Southwest Florida, serving students from kindergarten through high school. Position Overview The Campus Director serves as the on-site leader and primary point of contact for the campus, ensuring that daily operations, communication, and culture align with the vision and mission of Life Prep. This is a leadership role for a highly organized, relational, and spiritually mature individual who can manage staff, support families, oversee student behavior and development, and maintain strong operational flow. The Director will work closely with leadership to ensure the campus operates with excellence, consistency, and Christ-centered care. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Oversight Lead all campus operations and staff on a daily basis. Supervise and support teachers, campus coordinators, and admininstrative assistants. Provide ongoing teacher mentorship, accountability, and classroom support. Handle staff concerns, scheduling needs, and coverage coordination. Enrollment & Admissions Conduct family tours, respond to inquiries, and oversee the enrollment process. Communicate clearly with prospective families about the program structure, tuition, and expectations. Partner with the lead administrative team to manage student enrollment and withdrawals. Parent & Student Relations Serve as the campus contact for parent communication and concerns. Address behavioral issues promptly with grace, discernment, and follow-through. Support and communicate with families regarding student growth, conduct, and progress. Maintain strong relationships built on trust and professionalism. Academic & Student Support Oversee curriculum implementation and classroom consistency. Partner with high school students and families for academic advising and planning. Ensure all teachers have the tools, materials, and encouragement needed for success. Operational & Administrative Management Coordinate campus schedules, events, safety procedures, and facility needs. Oversee substitute planning, field trips, and special events. Maintain effective communication with the billing department regarding finances and needs. Ensure all policies, procedures, and expectations are upheld across the campus. Flexibility & Communication As a salaried leadership position, maintain availability to address needs that may arise outside of school hours. Maintain regular communication with the Founder through weekly updates. Demonstrate reliability, integrity, and calm leadership in all interactions. Spiritual Leadership Model Christ-like character and servant leadership. Lead with prayer, wisdom, and discernment. Foster a culture of faith, encouragement, and unity among staff and students. Qualifications Strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with the mission of Life Prep Christian Academy. Proven leadership or administrative experience in education, ministry, or organizational management. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage staff and parent relationships with grace and firmness. Comfortable making decisions and leading through challenges. Bachelor's degree preferred (Education, Leadership, or related field). Compensation Salaried position; pay based on experience and scope of responsibilities.
