Training Faculty and Staff:
The Associate Dean is responsible for assisting the Dean in developing and managing all faculty and academic staff. To accomplish this, the Dean must: On-board and orient new faculty and staff Mentor program/department chairs Coordinate and provide faculty training
Managing Faculty and Staff:
The Associate Dean is responsible for providing campus level leadership, management and support for all faculty and academic staff in the programs he/she is assigned to oversee.
Monitoring and Maintaining Curricula:
The Associate Dean is responsible for assisting the Dean in developing and maintaining a campus curriculum that meets the needs of current students and the community. The Associate Dean must have a minimum of a Master's Degree with academic experience.
