This role is ideal for a professional who is compassionate, organized, and dedicated to creating a positive and seamless experience for residents and their families. The Director of Admissions is responsible for managing the admissions process, building relationships with referral sources, and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the admissions process from inquiry to move-in Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and their families Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to support admissions Communicate with physicians, hospitals, and referral sources Review clinical information to determine admission eligibility Maintain accurate admissions records and documentation Monitor occupancy goals and contribute to census development Ensure a welcoming and supportive experience for all new residents Qualifications Minimum 2 years of healthcare admissions or marketing experience Long-term care experience required Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party billing Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical evaluations Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Detail-oriented and highly organized Benefits Competitive compensation Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth and development We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
