Job Description

Overview Magic Moments Clermont is seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant Director to join our team, dedicated to advancing educational excellence and operational efficiency within our institution. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the direction of academic programs, oversee administrative functions, and foster a vibrant learning environment. As an energetic leader, you will collaborate with faculty, staff, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of educational initiatives while maintaining a focus on innovation, quality, and strategic growth. Duties Assist the Director in developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance academic programs and institutional goals. Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with organizational priorities. Manage day-to-day operations across departments, providing leadership and support to faculty and administrative staff. Support education administration by coordinating curriculum development, accreditation efforts, and compliance with regulatory standards. Lead initiatives to improve teaching quality, student engagement, and overall program effectiveness. Represent the institution at meetings, conferences, and community events to promote its mission and expand partnerships. Facilitate communication between departments, ensuring smooth workflow and timely resolution of issues. Qualifications Proven experience in management within an educational setting, preferably at a university level. Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational management. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration. Knowledge of education administration practices, accreditation processes, and compliance standards. Prior experience in university environments or higher education institutions is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment through innovative teaching support and program development.
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
